sia's voice can make any good song epic. her vocal qualities enhance her music. this song my love has been used on many adverts, and in films. it is the kind of song which is clearly well written and honest. non of her songs sound the same but all have emotion and elegance. i like the way she intertwines heavy bass lines, epic percussion intervals, and a textured string section whilst always inputting a pretty piano melody which holds the song. 


her story is unique as is her image. i saw a performance she did on youtube which was in sign language whilst being sung. this was a fantastic concept, and something she is obviously passionate about. there is defiantly more to this girl than meets the eye. 


you probably recognise her voice from the hit song titanium collaborated with david guetta, personally i prefer her own stuff. it shows she is well linked in the music industry but she is the kind of woman that knows what she wants and wont be moulded into a pop icon.
